Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method

Faulty or incorrect items If you received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at [EMAIL] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked as final sale
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
